An unforgettable stay in Dijon!

A story behind the walls

An 18th-century building restored with respect for the site, it was the birthplace of sculptor François Jouffroy and served as the home and studio of photographer Roger Passet, who turned it into his private museum.

Ultimate comfort

Duplex apartments on every floor, with views of both the courtyard and the street, spacious rooms, excellent sound and thermal insulation, and fully equipped with high-end finishes.

How can you find us?

You’re right in the heart of the old town, on the peaceful Place Émile Zola, known for its shaded outdoor seating areas. From here, all of Dijon is within easy reach, and you’re just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Where can I park?

If you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking at the Condorcet parking lot. If your vehicle is taller than 1.90 meters, please use the Monge parking lot. These are covered, secure, paid public parking lots equipped with electric charging stations, located less than 300 meters from your apartment.

Is there a reception?

You can visit us Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, at the store located right below your apartment. We are available by phone at all times.

What are the opening and closing times?
  • You can check in at your apartment in person from Tuesday through Saturday between 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Outside of these hours, you can use the self-check-in system with a code.
Please vacate your apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest. We can extend your stay until 2:00 PM for an additional fee, subject to availability, of course.
Late arrival: Can we eat there?

Upon request, you will find a platter of cold cuts and cheese, along with a bottle of Burgundy or Champagne, waiting for you in your apartment upon arrival.
Please contact us for our offer.

Is breakfast available?

Upon request, you can have breakfast delivered to your apartment between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Please contact us for our offer.

Is there a place nearby where I can buy wine?

Yes, and you can even pick them up right here in our shop, located just steps from your apartment. We offer a wide selection of wines from Burgundy and beyond at every price point, with special rates for our guests. For the full experience, you can also treat yourself to a private tasting in our wine cellar or shop.
Please contact us for our offer.

Any other services available on request?

Luggage storage, baby gear, daily housekeeping with fresh linens, romantic welcome (rose petals, a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of Burgundy or Champagne), and bike battery charging: all these services are available.
Please contact us for our offer.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are welcome; we’re happy to have them stay with us, provided they remain under your supervision at all times while in the apartment.
There is an additional charge of €15 per pet.
