How can you find us?
You’re right in the heart of the old town, on the peaceful Place Émile Zola, known for its shaded outdoor seating areas. From here, all of Dijon is within easy reach, and you’re just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
Where can I park?
If you’re arriving by car, we recommend parking at the Condorcet parking lot. If your vehicle is taller than 1.90 meters, please use the Monge parking lot. These are covered, secure, paid public parking lots equipped with electric charging stations, located less than 300 meters from your apartment.
Is there a reception?
You can visit us Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, at the store located right below your apartment. We are available by phone at all times.
What are the opening and closing times?
- You can check in at your apartment in person from Tuesday through Saturday between 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Outside of these hours, you can use the self-check-in system with a code.
Please vacate your apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest. We can extend your stay until 2:00 PM for an additional fee, subject to availability, of course.
Late arrival: Can we eat there?

We offer a wide selection of wines from Burgundy and beyond at every price point, with special rates for our guests. For the full experience, you can also treat yourself to a private tasting in our wine cellar or shop.
